  • Beginning Tuesday, August 16, practice will be from 3:00 until 5:00.
  • Practices and home matches will be held at Annie Jones Park on Tarbert Road.  Leaving school, you will cross Hwy. 64 on Laura Duncan Rd.  Turn right onto Old Apex Rd.  At the first intersection, turn right onto Cary Parkway.  Tarbert Road is the first residential entrance on the left.  The courts are on the left.
  • 12 players will make the team.  I will set a date to determine the team once I know exactly how many players will be trying out.
  • You must have a completed physical and be eligible to practice on the first day.  Physicals are good for one calendar year.  If your physical will expire during the season, please have one updated before practice starts.  If you have a physical on file at the school, please let me know.  If not, bring a completed physical with you on the first day of practice.  Physical sheets can be found at the front office or online at www.apexhigh.com... click on “Athletics” and then “Athletic Info.” OR click HERE!
  • Eligibility:  pass 3 of 4 classes and be absent no more than 13 times in a class.  Rising freshmen are automatically eligible.
  • Please be on time to practice.  This could result in a forfeit of a challenge match or dismissal from the team.  Please notify me as soon as possible if there is a conflict with the practice schedule.
  • Please bring water to practice.
  • The schedule and other pertinent information will be given once the team is determined.
  • Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested in trying out.  (email would be the best way)
